Mr. Jitendra brings over 20 years of extensive maritime experience to his role, having served as Chief Engineer aboard different vessel types within A.P Moller - Maersk Group before transitioning to their shore organization in India. Throughout his career, Jitendra has held diverse leadership positions, including Ship Management, Shared Services, Offshore Vessel Management, New Build Projects, Commercial Post fixture, and Learning and Development. Jitendra holds an MOT Class I (Unlimited) certification from MPA Singapore, further showcasing his expertise and qualifications in the field.

Nischal, with an extensive knowledge base, wealth of experience, and a deep-rooted passion, has dedicated his life to attaining excellence and creating a positive impact in the field of Offshore Crew Manning. With over 32 years of maritime industry experience, Capt. Nilesh Kalyanpur excels in strategic planning and business expansion. His expertise extends to various aspects of the industry.

During his career, Capt. Nilesh has sailed extensively on Tankers (Product and Crude) and has been actively involved in numerous dry-dockings and conversions of Tankers to FPSO/FSO units. His work with a leading IACS member classification society has made him well-versed in industry rules and regulations. He has also conducted training programs for surveyors in compliance with IACS and statutory rules, as well as training for auditors in accordance with the ISM and ISPS Code for shipboard, company, and port facility assessments.

As a Lead Assessor, he has undertaken risk assessments for various ports, harbors, and terminals. Capt. Nilesh's experience extends to serving as the Head of Marine Operations in India for a global oilfield service provider, where he successfully managed unique well services projects that optimized well throughput. In his leadership role with the largest port service provider in India, he directly oversaw the smooth operations, manning, and safety of over 80 vessels and associated support facilities.
